1. What is BBro Rewards? 
BBro Rewards is our way of showing love to our amazing Bros! Earn points every time you dine with us and unlock exclusive perks based on your spending tier. No sign-up fees—just great vibes and awesome rewards! 

How do I become a member of BBro Rewards?
Easy Bbros! Just:

• Scan the QR code at any BananaBro restaurant, OR
• Sign up at rewards.bananabro.com.my. 

How long is my membership valid?
Your membership is valid for 365 days from the date you sign up. Plenty of time to enjoy your banana leaf rice!

Where can I check my membership expiry date?
Log in to the BBro Rewards member portal at rewards.bananabro.com.my to see the expiry date.

How do I update my personal details?
Simply log in to the BBro Rewards portal at rewards.bananabro.com.my to update your info. Heads up—your date of birth can’t be changed once submitted!

How do I check my BBro Rewards balance?
Log in to rewards.bananabro.com.my to view your rewards and BBro Points balance.

What if I forget my password?
BBros, no worries! Visit rewards.bananabro.com.my, click “Forgot Password,” and follow the steps to reset it.

Who do I contact for questions about my membership?
Swing by any BananaBro restaurant or drop us an email at rewards@bbromy.com.

How do I terminate my membership?
You can opt to terminate your membership anytime by writing to us at rewards.bananabro.com.my. Just a heads-up—there are no refunds for unused rewards, points, or e-vouchers. If your membership stays inactive and isn’t reactivated, any remaining BBro Points will expire 90 days after your last transaction.

BBro Rewards – Membership Tiers 

What are the membership tiers?

There are two tiers: 

• Lil Bros: For spending between RM1 and RM4,999 in a membership year. 
• Big Bros: For spending RM5,000 or more in a membership year. 

How do I become a Lil Bros or Big Bros?
Just sign up online at rewards.bananabro.com.my or scan the QR code at any BananaBro restaurant.

How do I keep my membership tier?

• Lil Bros: Spend at least RM1* during the membership year. 
• Big Bros: Spend RM5,000* within the membership year. If you spend less, your status will be adjusted to Lil Bros. 

*Qualifying spend excludes promotions, set menus/combo, SST and service charges.

What are the perks of BBro Rewards?

How do I check when my rewards expire?
Log in to the BBro Rewards portal at rewards.bananabro.com.my and check the ‘My Rewards’ section. Pro tip: Use your points before they expire—there are no extensions!

Why should I register for BBro Rewards?
Registering your details at rewards.bananabro.com.my ensures your rewards are validated. Plus, you’ll get the latest news on promos, rewards, and exclusive event invites!

How do I identify myself as a BBro Rewards member?
Log in to your BBro Rewards account and show your unique QR code to our service team at any BananaBro restaurant.

How do I enjoy my birthday e-voucher?
Your birthday e-voucher will be issued automatically on the first day of your birthday month and is valid until the last day of the month. Make sure to use it before it’s gone—expired e-vouchers won’t be revalidated.

Can I combine BBro Rewards with corporate discounts?
Sorry, no stacking! You can only use either BBro Rewards or a corporate discount per transaction.

Is BBro Rewards membership transferable?
Nope! Your membership is just for you.

BBro Rewards – Earning & Redeeming Points 

How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every RM1 you spend at BananaBro. Just present your unique QR code at the point of dining. Points for backdated receipts or split bills won’t be entertained.

How do I redeem points?
Redeem your points as converted to either RM5 or RM10 e-vouchers to offset your bill. Points are valid for 90 days and can only be redeemed while your membership is active. Show your unique QR code to our Curistas when redeeming.

Can I earn points on promotions or e-vouchers?
Points are calculated after deducting discounts, e-vouchers, or promotions.

Can I use multiple accounts to earn or redeem points?
No, combining accounts or splitting bills isn’t allowed.

Do my points expire?
Yes, they expire 90 days after being earned. Don’t let them go to waste!

BBro Rewards – Membership Renewal 

How do I renew my membership?
Renewal for Lil Bros is automatic when you spend at least RM1* within the membership year. For Big Bros, you need to spend at least RM5,000* during the membership year to maintain your tier. Otherwise, you’ll be moved to Lil Bros.

Is there a renewal fee?
Nope, it’s totally free!

Can I renew before my membership expires?
No, renewals can only happen after expiry.
